People die and people are born. There is a great deal of coming and going here on earth.
It is the same at an airport. When I am there, I take the time to watch people as they hustle and bustle around. Each one looks a little different, and they all live their individual lives with all of the challenges, unique and beautiful.
I imagine that the airport is the crossroad between heaven and earth. The people in the planes that are landing are the ones who are now arriving on Earth and just being born. Those who are in a plane just starting to take off are the ones who are saying goodbye to Earth and are ready for their new adventure.
Also recently we have said goodbye to Franziska’s mother. Her kindness and helpfulness will always stay in my memories. She often cared for our children so that Franziska and I could go to exhibitions.
A girl has just landed–Elysa Giulia. On the 6th of December, 2023, our oldest daughter, Livia, made us grandparents.
What a gift!
