This February was a quiet month since I needed to take a three-week break after a brief hospital stay (minor prostate surgery.) During this time I was not allowed to do any strenuous work that involved heavy lifting.
These few days in the hospital proved to be an interesting experience. Letting go and surrendering to the unknown was easy for me. I read a great deal from Osho and dozed a lot. This is probably the reason why nights in hospitals are so restless. There are different noises coming from various machines, lights that burn somewhere continuously, and the night nurse is always coming by to check that everything is ok.
So this month I created only a few works. There are four of them.
I am doing well and I am pleased to welcome the first snowdrops and crocuses in the garden. Now my time in the art studio is increasing, and the ideas for the upcoming works are there. My hands are happy to bring them into shape.
