They have been hanging there for days now, directly behind my work table on the white wall of the studio– the two natural works called Sacré I und Sacré II. And, how can I put it, they delight my eyes and my soul. Art that has such a strong effect on me, where words are never able to express what is good and sublime flowing from them. Sacredness at its finest, which I am so fond of.
On a walk on Lake Brienz with my dog I found these weathered, old spruce driftwood and took them home with no intention of creating wooden crosses out of them. And yet, it happened. My hands followed the flow of energy from my soul. And so Sacré I und II were born.
Sacré I was completed on July 6, 2025 and Sacré II on July 17, 2025.
On this very day, July 17, I received a letter in which a woman wrote that she had given up her search to find a suitable wooden cross and had let go of her wish.I had remembered talking to a woman a few months ago at an exhibition about a natural work of art in the shape of a cross and her desire to own one.She would get in touch with me as soon as she had found a suitable one. Franziska immediately wrote her a detailed email about the two works of art, Sacré I und II, with photos, of course. The answer came promptly: She would love to get in the car and drive to us right away.
Today, July 22, the lady is standing in the studio in front of these two works–and she decides to buy Sacré II. I am pleased about the good energy of life that finds ways to make things happen.
I think that this story is a good example of how intuition works.
