60th entry, Brienzwiler
Yesterday a wedding took place at my studio. The oil painting Voyager from the series of universal paintings has received its definite frame.
This is always a very special moment and a highlight for me and the painting. I had this large frame (100 x 140 cm) with a shadow gap especially fabricated in Germany because I couldn’t find one in Switzerland. Now the frame arrived by delivery service. Everything went well und it fits just great – which couldn’t be taken for granted. Even after work I went down into my studio several times to sit in front of this work of art to enjoy and to dream.
